What is included in a Custom Plan?

Our client success team will build a profile based on key levers E.g. Number of data points, sources (twitter and other custom ones), refresh frequency (daily or on the hour refresh) and others. This is all part of joint exploration which helps us learn your needs and goals. We will train your team on how to best utilize the intelligence as part of your existing pipelines. You will be able to communicate with us via e-mail, chat or video conference. Essentially, the custom plan adds a data science department to your team.

What is a custom tagger?

A custom trainable tagger or classifier defined by your own set of tags for Sentiment Analysis, Emotional context detection and other conversational analytics.

Do you offer one-time or metered pricing?

We provide one-off plans (see above) where you can buy a batch of queries that expire every month. Don’t worry, we automatically maximize your limits to keep consistent volume flow as available across the sources.

What happens if I Upgrade/Downgrade?

Your plan will get updated to the requested level at the next refresh cycle. Your models will automatically update to adjust to new plan levels.

What if I need more queries or models?

Talk to us, we have packages based on your requirements E.g. Volume, historical timeline and multiple targets.

What are my payment options?

All payments are made via credit card through Paypal at this time. For Custom plans, we issue an annual invoice with payment via PO and/or ACH or wire. Let’s Chat.
